Hi, I’m Cass and I’m very excited to be bringing Kalma Yoga and Mindfulness classes to Beverley and East Yorkshire.
I’m mum to 3 lovely, lively children aged 4, 7 and 10. When my children were babies I loved getting out and about to all sorts of baby groups and toddler classes, both for the benefits of the class and the chance to socialise with other parents going through a similar stage to me and my baby. Some of the people we met at these groups are now close friends and go to the same school which was great to have familiar faces when the children first started ‘big school’!
Of all the groups we tried I especially enjoyed taking them to baby massage and baby yoga because it helped with sleeping! Now my children are not so little anymore and they are all at school I’m excited to be able to offer something to parents in the area where they can experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga and mindfulness for children and adults.
I’m proud to be able bring the lovely Kalma childrens yoga to Beverley and East Yorkshire. The classes are relaxed in a fun and stimulating environment and can really aid the development of children and bring huge health and well being benefits to all. You can read more about how I can bring Yoga and Mindfulness benefits into your school here.
I am fully trained, insured, DBS checked and hold safeguarding and first aid certificates. The Kalma Baby brand also boasts a GOLD accreditation from the Children’s Activity Association.
Please feel free to get in touch for more information on classes, I look forward to meeting you soon x

We have had Kalma Junior classes in our school working with KS2 now for over a year. Kalma have delivered Yoga and Mindfulness with our pupils and they have developed a lovely rapport with the children. The children look forward to some winding down tie and relaxation during their busy school days. Deputy Head Jane Bush
Our energetic toddler has been coming along to Kalma Toddler classes for two year now. Its a much needed hour in the week where Henry can find some time for himself. He loves his downward dogs and the fun games they play whilst relaxing at the end with the bubbles! Pippa and Henry
