Join us for our family yoga sessions in which we mix elements of both junior and toddler yoga to include all the family in this session!

Families can do yoga together with their little ones which adds the benefit of lots of bonding and encouraging strengthening a family connection. Through fun and healthy exercise, we bring together lots of other families creating the opportunities for socialising with other children and parents. It’s a dedicated family time in which everyone can leave feeling as if they have impacted in their health and well being as parent together stretches are incorporated too.

Parents are encouraged to become role models inside our family sessions, for healthy exercise through yoga, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. With the added benefit of being able to bring all your children you can engage in the full family yoga experience!
