A beautifully unique pre and post natal relaxation program.  Created by yoga teachers, anatomy specialists and midwives.  Empowering women through pregnancy and beyond with the use of breathing, mindfulness and inspired stretching.  Kalma Mamas is a weekly relaxation session, incorporating stretching and breathing to help combat pregnancy ailments and is suitable no matter how you choose to birth. It gives you an opportunity to take some time out of your busy week to enjoy being pregnant, prepare for birth and connect with your baby. Classes are filled with practical tips and are great way to meet other mums-to-be.  We aim to cover elements of pregnancy both pre and post-natal ensuring health and well-being for mothers is our priority.  Relaxation once you become a mother is incredibly beneficial for your emotional and mental wellbeing as you travel through this unique journey of motherhood caring for your family’s needs and recognizing your own individual needs.  Kalma Mamas aims to provide you and your baby with a harmonious calming and relaxing pregnancy preparing you for motherhood.


Once your baby has arrived, you are welcomed back for our excellent course for your 4th trimester from birth to 6 weeks to experience relaxation and recuperation and learn holds and techniques to enhance your confidence in handling your new baby.  We strongly believe that mindful relaxtion can help bonding and reduce the risks of Post Natal Depression and this starts from within the womb.  Its important to us that a new mothers understanding and responding to their baby’s feelings is crucial to their wellbeing and development.  Mothers naturally respond to their baby, but we aim to provide a relaxing, supportive and safe environment for this to happen in.  At KalmaMamas we will empower, encourage and support women through their pregnancy journey what ever that maybe, their birth and the first 6 weeks of the postnatal period which will help to mould their future parenting journeys.
