My daughter and I have attended yoga classes at Kalma Baby since she was 10 weeks old, she is now 22 months and is a true yogi! This is all down to Kalma Baby’s approach to caring and loving every single yogi that walks through the door. It has helped my daughter go from strength to strength and the ladies who teach you and your little one are perfect for the job. Kalma Baby is not just a class to attend with your baby it’s a new family you gain! Kirsty Gray

We joined the Kalma family in June 2014, as soon as our little boy was born, both Baby Massage and Baby Yoga were recommended to us by several people and they certainly didn’t disappoint! Reuben was 7 weeks old when we first enrolled, being a first time parent it can be daunting attending classes with your baby but all of my worries were quickly put at ease by Victoria the class leader. I honestly can’t praise her enough, friendly, professional, personal and most importantly amazing with children. Throughout the term we massaged different areas of our baby from top to toe with each technique we used helping to treat various common infant ailments such as colic and constipation. Massage not only helped Reuben emotionally but also physically, As a result of attending these classes I became more confident in handling Reuben and as massage is such a relaxing experience he also started sleeping through the night (result!). 10/10 from us. Kalma Baby was one of the first classes I took my Baby girl to, really just to get out of the house and socialise with other new mums at first but over a year on and we are still going! She is 20 month old now and the class has grown with her as we now go to the new toddler yogance class! I have found all the other mums and Rebecca who runs the class to be so friendly and welcoming! It’s a fun upbeat class and has been brilliant for my little girls physical development, we absolutely love it and would highly recommend! Amber Seaman

My Daughter was born at 31 weeks. As a result of being incubated for the first month of her life, she didn’t enjoy touch and would become distressed if handled, her joints were still stiff and she spent most of the day coiled up. Siena responded really well to the Baby Yoga, it helped me loosen her muscles and was a way of getting to touch her without her becoming agitated. Each action and routine is accompanied by music and singing. Also, the Teachers have been extremely helpful and the online community has given me the opportunity to ask advice when not at the class. Baby Yoga has been paramount to Siena’s development. It’s given me the chance to form a bond with my daughter that I wouldn’t have achieved without this class. It’s also reassuring to know that every routine is beneficial and helping my daughter to strengthen her muscles. Baby Yoga is a definite must. Kirby Squires
